Anybody else have problems with the "new posts" feature? On Google Chrome the site never recognizes that I have read a thread and Firefox has started also doing this. I am not using the "back" button which I realize won't show the thread as read. I haven't tried IE yet.

Works perfect on my chrome at work...

but if i use IE or chrome at home it takes hours to show i've read it...

Nope mine seems to be working fine in that aspect. Occasionally when i hit back it will show as if i hadn't opened the thread tho...

Since were on the topic, anyone else experiencing like a freeze frame effect with Chrome when you have multiple tabs open? This happens when I open several threads(tabs) simultaneously. I'll read one thread, close the tab and click on the next one and it'll be like a freeze frame of the tab i just closed. I can scroll up and down but can't click on anything. I have to refresh the page to get the thread that was intended.

Anyone?

Nope. Other than my issue with this forum Google works much, much better than Firefox.

I wonder if our OSs have anything to do with this. I'm running Windows7 64-bit.

Agreed. Haven't used any other browser since i got Chrome.

And perhaps. I'm running Vista 64 bit

i have that problem occasionally. i have read about other chrome users that have it as well.
i clear the cache and that makes it go away for a few weeks or so.

edit. google chrome. win 7 64 bit. no other issues. tab related or otherwise.

Win7x64 here. IE has been giving me problems lately, first noticed a month or two ago. When I hit the back button or other link I get a popup that says "Are you sure you want to leave this page". Happens every time, on every page of this forum. Have not noticed it on others. I don't know how to get rid of it.
