Fog lights arent working anymore!

Today was pouring rain and I heard a pop through my speakers and i realized my fog lights died, I figured my Hids died because they got wet, placed them with some new bulbs and they dont turn on either , What else could it be ? The connectors maybe since they got wet too or a fuse ?

Fuse, perhaps? They are designed to blow when a short occurs, to keep from burning the car to the ground.

Appreciate the answer man do you knw where that particular fuse is located at ?

Sadly, I do not. I normally look at the label on the fuse box cover.

in your manual, in the back (Index), find the word fuse, go to that page (the mid 180's stick out in my head without looking) it will have all three fuse boxes and what the fuses are for.


if you do not have a manual, then you need to access your online version, that is done by clicking at the top of this (and every) page where it says tech articles. left side about 70% of the way down.

I thought it was that too , I took off my HIDs and put some new bulbs and those didnt turn on either

when you say you replaced the bulbs, do you mean that you unplugged the ballast and tried a standard bulb, or you tried a new HID bulb?

Yea I took off the whole Hid kit and installed regular bulbs
