fog lamps

my 06 ls fog lamps are hazy and pitted from driving. i was online looking at replacement lamps and wondered if i can just unplug my current ones and replace with oem round fog lamps or do i need to buy new brackets?

Pretty sure you dont have to buy new brackets...

I just bought new fogs...they are pretty cheap on tasca but i got them cheaper off a member here.

i just did the same. mine were hazy purchased some cheaps off ebay just waiting to install on my 2000. do you think you have to jack it up to replace or is there enough wiggle room?

I was able to replace the bulbs without jacking the car up but to actually replace the lens housing you need a jack or a lift.

cool. yeah ive done the bulbs but housing was getting foggy and i purchased brand new ones a while back. theyve been really noticeable in this damp rainy weather in comparison to the new headlights, so they are begging for an install.
