flush now overheating

I had only heat, no ac, so i bought the prestone 10 min flush. when i drained the system, only about 1 Liter came out, not the 4 the manual says. and it only took about the same when i refilled it.
I ran it the 10 min, and never got heat. at the 8 min mark, i heard a louder fan kick on, and the temp raised well above normal.
so i drained it again and still got only about 1 Liter again.
I never had an overheating problem before, so i dont think the bottle is cracked, and i bled the system of air.

update, i replaced the coolant, and now its back to "normal", all heat from the vents, and the engine doesnt overheat after about 30 min at normal temp.
