Well, I really don't know what happened. One day I am driving and see my temperature rise up all the way up to the N, when it usually sits a tad above the L. The low coolant message has been bugging me, but I check it and seems full, so just in case, I add some through the burp valve, until it can't take anymore. Car was normal for a bit after that, then one day the heater didn't work and temperature rises, about a week later is when it happened. No way I lost all my coolant, open the burp valve, not :q:q:q:q in there. Next thing you know, I am dripping oil from the passenger side valve cover, pisses me off royally and the car is smoking, burning the oil on the converter. Well, I add the coolant until full, let car warm up, heater works, temperature stays on L and no more oil dripping? WTF? Checked for coolant leakks but there aren't any at all, nothing is dripping from the car, so I really don't know what happened. Just thought I would get that off my chest, since it scared the :q:q:q:q out of me. :shifty:

No, everything has been working fine and well. I did check the oil, and it was full. The oil was changed about 1 month ago to Mobil 1 Synthetic with Motorcraft Filter.

No, I don't have a cracked head gasket. :p I am just confused with what happened with the car, makes no sense.

Your coolant cap could be the suspect. There are some times when you won't get coolant in the oil. It could be all burning in the cylinders. Are you seeing coolant boil out of your radiator cap? If you are looing coolant it is going somewhere. It is either leaking, boiling out, or going into the engine
