Fix 1st Gen, or Buy 2nd Gen

Hey guys, been away for a little while but im back.
Any way, i have an 01 LS with currently 120,000 miles. I love the car and for its year, nothing really compares to it. But im having some problems with it. I need 2 cats, a new ac compressor, a new rear bumper and driver side fender, and for some reason my advanctrac light is on and most of all i have the nasty suspenison noise(even after i replaced the bushing). So all in all these repairs are going to cost me a lot, and the car already has alot of miles.

So should i fix the things wrong or just save my money, and sell it and buy a 2nd gen ls?

Gen2! Treat yourself to an upgrade

120k isn't a lot of miles for the year.. Average.. The repairs will cost a great deal but your also looking at taking a huge hit if your going to sell it.. If you could sell the car or possibly trade it in, Gen 2 of course.. Newer is always better if you can afford it..
