P0174 Bank 2 too lean

What could cause this? Would this have anything to do with the stumble idle I have? I want to replace the IAC.

Most probably a vacuum leak on that side, less common reason is a dirty MAF or possibly a faulty EGR-
O2 sensor is not the problem.

lol, sorry for the bad info, everytime I use to get a lean bank 2 it was a o2 sensor on my truck.

Vacuum leaks cause lean bank1 AND lean bank 2.
There is not a "bank 1 side of the intake".

Vacuum leaks affect "both" sides.

usually "single side" lean codes point TO an O2 sensor issue.

can you expound on how the vacuum leak in a "common plenum" intake causes a single side to run lean?

exhaust leak on that side would do that-O2 sensor was replaced, still there-

BTW - not sure if this matters but 2 codes were actually found by the scanner. Both were this code!
