I have every part needed, the Brakes are redrilled and fit well, all that needs to be done is bolt everything up. My questions are, how long will this take, and how hard is it put the rear hub/knuckel on the halfshaft. I know you have to use a puller to take it off, so can you just use the spindle nut to press it back on? Thanks all

The rear bearing has to be pressed in... with a press . The fronts shouldn't take any longer than a few minutes for a well seasoned tech with air power

Thanks sapp. I have a set of rear knuckles with new hubs and bearings already assembled courtesy of saturn5. They just need to be bolted in. How long should that take?

hubs are already in the knuckle? that shouldn't take too long. still, several hours probably since you haven't done it before. its straight forward though.

It'll take you a while if you've never had to deal with the Torx bolts that hold the knuckles to the LCA's.

In order to remove the forward bolt, the half-shaft needs to be partially pressed out, the knuckle tilted down (after removing the upper knuckle bolt), and then the half-shaft needs to held up to clear the bolt head as the bolt is removed.

..and that job is best done with 2 people... just having someone else keeping the axle shoved inward to where its not trying to fall back into the knuckle makes things sooooo much easier..
Then -just a recommendation- shave off a tad of the Torx bolt head so its not round, you'll see when you remove the LCA forward bolt about how much to remove. That'll make reinstalling it very simple, and the next time you have to R+R it, you can do it all by yourself with no issues

This.........

I had everything just like you did. Still the part that took the longest was removing / reinstalling the knuckles because of the half shafts.

No more than a few hours of work with 2 people.

Good luck!!!!!
