well the time has come for me to finally get the exhaust makeover for my 95 base.I have a local muffler shop that will do the work for 500.00.I have decided to go with lms razor mufflers with oval single tips.I will have the 3rd cat and resonator removed.I am placing my order this morning with gene and im really excited to finally have this done.

Are you going true duals with a crossover or leaving the stock pipe and swapping out the rear mufflers?
 
duals all the way baby.eliminating the 3rd cat and resonator.had wife speak with gene today while i was at work and he is waiting on a new shippment of mufflers to come in.unfortunately the single tips he dont carry anymore.also the guy said he never sold enough cobrastars to make it worh his while to keep up with:mad: ,I really had my heart set on a set.And he says the rear wing is also another item he dont bother with anylonger.just sad!I thought the rear wing he made was a awesome add on to help hide the rear "hump".i run a body shop for mitsubishi factory in bloomington normal.enclosed is pics of my 91 notchback i just did and a spyder 3000 gt.Also 2 mits evolutions that came back from a dealer that went under that had hail damge.check out my work and see if ya like!;)

I will have our exhaust in this week thank god. LOL The emblems look like they will not happen again and I am sorry for that but the lack of sales will not justify another purchase.

more pics of 2 45,000$ mits evos

i run a body shop for the mits plant in normal illinois.recently a texas dealer went bankrupt and we seized several hundred mits cars and suv's.2 cars were evolutions and had hail damage.these cars retail at nearly 50,000$ and i was asked to repair and refinish them.10,000$ worth of damage!the dealer evidently had a "wanna be" pdr tech attempt to pdr the dents and the quality was not up to par.

no problem gene.really hyped up for the exhaust.will be in touch in the near future when i go for more internal add ons for the mark.soon i will attempt to design my own rear wing and will try to copy yours the best i can.if you do hear of anywhere i can get my hands on a few of those cobrastars please let me know.I think they are off the hook man!july this year i will 2 tone my mark mixing ivory pearl and white diamond.cant wait!
 
I'd travel for a decent paint job that doesn't cost me a fortune.....
 
im gonna start a thread to see who wants these emblems. we need a 100 orders pre paid before this can even be an option for geno.
 
i dunno sounds like he got let down the last time pretty good.dont think he wants a 2nd go round at it.i should have acted sooner like back in january when i joined.
 
yeah he did. but if enough people pre order before the run we might be able to convince him. just started a new thread about it so we will see.
 
which shop is doing your exhaust? American muffler on farmington rd in peoria is a friend of my dads, both work\worked for mitsubishi at one time. He will hook you up. Make sure you stay all stainless, definately worth the extra money.

Did you make this thread and I'm just missing it, or...?

If I can get a pair of drivers side emblems (already have 2 of the original passenger side ones) I'm in fo sho.
 
american motor trend on court street.tell your old man i run the port side paint shop next to the accessory shop.See if he can get me a deal will ya kn?quote on the stainless.im still holding out and being patient with geno but it sounds like his vendors giving him so probs.Was supposed to have them this week but i guess maybe next.
