Are 2.25 exhaust tips too small? Im getting some magnaflow mufflers and some tips, also.

Yes!! I would recommend at least 3.5 tips, You are tring to fill in the big hole that Lincoln made for the tips. use all the space they gaceyou. I am using 3.5x4.5 tips. ovals to me looked better.
