removed 3rd cat replaced with X pipe from GT500
cut the mufflers out and welded in Magnaflow SS mufflers, used stock tips

car sound great, mellow and the power is back

round1 cut off mufflers too damn loud, sounded like crap to me too much drone
round2 welded in X pipe removed 3rd cat much better, less drone still not the sound I wanted

round 3 welded in Magnaflow SS muffler

that is all good night no sound clips

On my 93 I gutted all the cats and put on headers and the sound was absolutely perfect. I'd do it again with my Gen II but don't know **** about the exhaust on this car. I hear the exhaust manifolds are actually pretty good on this car and I have an LSC which means it already has a crossover pipe.

The Gen I gained 15+ hp when I put on the exhaust manifolds. People might say I'm lying but the son of a *** moved!

have no camcorder to record the sound. very mellow and quiet for the most part, sounds great past 3k rpm on accelaration, very quiet on the highway a bit of drone as expected.
