err is my silencer already taken out?

so i go and buy a new socket set so i can take the silencer out today. i bought a new socket set because my friend lost EVERY peice to my old 210 peice set. i think he just jacked it all but w/e. anyways i new the resonator was done just by looking at it but i guess i should have thought that the silencer may be done too. so i jack up the car, take the tire off, remove the fender liner and then remove the air box and was like wait.... so i thought id hault and take a pic and ask you guys, is it done?

i just took mine off today and chopped off the mufflers sounds real nice
