You talking about the ECM/PCM? I got a matching one from a junkyard for around $150. Make sure you get a compatible one, as was mentioned before. I believe the 2000 model had something like 12 different ones (at least, that's what the mechanic told me). I think it was another 100-150 for programming at the dealer.
