As I was driving home from work today the engine check light came on.
Pulled the code came up with a, P0133.

Can someone please tell me what the code is indicating.
It's a 2003 LS V8 with 65,000km

Much appreciated

Non functioning heater on one of the front O2 sensors. Drivers side I think. P0153 is the same problem, other side. You should change them both as they tend to go around the same time. Very easy job with an O2 sensor socket. The OEM bosch's run around $40.00 each. The bosch universals are @ $60.00.

I just came back from the Stealership, and I mean STEALERSHIP!!!!!

They just quoted me $186 for each O2 sensor, I asked is that for both????
He replies no, no each is $186
I looked at him with the evil eye, and asked again, are you sure???
I says, yes I am, the O2 sensors for theses cars are pretty expensive.
I was WOW!!!!!!
He has the nerve to ask me if I wanted him to order the O2 sensor.
I said no, this is worst than robbery, walked away.
