I don't know if they would work on the 95 and below but I just got one for my truck because its almost a must.
Let's you monitor like literally everything on the car. I'm not sure how much help they would tell you on the mark but it still can read cel and clear them.
Got the cs off ebay for 250. The cts is exactly the same but bigger screen and instead of push buttons it has the touch screen.
