well after hearing and riding in the 98 base model with straight pipes and resonator removed i have decided i am not going to run straight pipes on the lsc because i am still driving the car everday and its to loud and poppy for my liking.

so when i go to have my x pipe installed i want to get some muff's and was wondering what you guys think about bullets after they have been seasoned?

Reason i was leaning towards the bullets is they are small, Cheap, readily available through my work, and from the one clip i heard they sound great and loud @ wot but IF i want to be able to sneak (cops are behind me) it seems like i might be able to do so? what do ya think?

any other sound clips would be great, i could only find one.

After my brand new exhaust got ripped out by a f-ed up road I have to re-do the entire system ( minus the kooks headers) I just bought SLP loudmouth I's. I will post a vid of how they sound when im all done. The new gas tank is a priority though.

They are MEGA LOUD!!!!! We installed ONE set on a Mark ONCE and man o man is it LOUD! In fact iot got louder as time went on the the guy finally put our mufflers on. Best of both worlds, LOOKS amazing, sounds amazing and normal at normal throttle then serious when you punch it, on sale now too.

Magnaflow 4 inch mufflers are small and cheap also. I think they sound better but the drone at 2000 part throttle is deafening in the car. Sound good WOT and down shifting. Your X pipe should help with the drone. Thats what i run cheap and better than stock mufflers!
