Drivers Side Park Light

My drivers side Rear park light does not power up. At first I thought it was a bad socket, but I swapped the pigtail out of another Gen 2, I get the same problem. What would cause the park light not to work. The bulbs are good, because when I switch them, the light up. Any ideas?

Headlight or Multifunction switch?

Test light, or multi meter, start at the socket and work back to the tail lamp harness plug, if no power keep working your way back to the source.
