from the auction site I bought a 95 to put on my 96, the paint color matches, but the wiring doesn't
No power control to either side....:q

this 'connector' ^ goes to the plastic plug at door panel sw

bottom line: the 95 mirror wires go directly to plastic plug for door panel sw.
the 96 wires from the mirror don't match the wires at the 96 plastic sw connector, so there's a junction somewhere (in the door?) not easily accessible
just wondering if I can mod the wiring to have the 95 mirror have power adjustment

edit: ultimately I'm the only one who drives this car, so a powerless mirror is no big deal, just another quirk on my 18 year old transporter
