Drag Racing the LS

Took the LS down the local drag strip tonight for some fun. My bone stock V8 LS ran a 15.1@93.17. Even had a full tank of gas! Next time I will load the tune and see what it runs. Not bad for a 4 door gushy car!

Cool, good time. I never ran mine stock, had the exhaust and intake on for my first runs. Got the Xcal2 on board also now.

I was surprised, I thought it would be a lot slower. I am gonna pickup a K&N filter and add the tune. Should be able to break into the 14's with a little practice.

Intake and tune on a 03up will get you to low 14s if you can drive it. 14.2 has been done by a few. I'm at 14.4 with my 02.
