Door panel removal

Hello All,
I'm new here.Just purchased a '91 Sedan Deville.FWD
I'm having problems with passenger window.
Seems as though it has come off the track.
Problem is I can't figure out how the door panel
comes off.The area I'm having problem with
is the center where the arm rest is.Anyone
know where the screws are hidden?
