so i must start this posting off with a BIG :q:q:q:q grin!!! As you all know and have know i've had problems with my mark being a dud....i mean loosing to v6 LS's 16 sec 1/4 miles and 0-60 runs in the low 9secs.....thankfully (I don't have anymore hair to pull out) these days are OVER!!!!! I decide to drop the tank again (third times a charm) and see maybe i had a defective new fuel pump (has a one year warranty) the little rubber hose that conects the pump to the hanger has a big hole blown in it. What the hell!!!! When I did the pump I used the new hose to avoid this problem, regaurdless I put the new pump in anyway and now the cars HAULS ASS!!! 0-60 in the 6.2sec range with a little bit of rubber I was so excited while I had the car up i put my supercoupe solid rear sway bar on Car runs strong, real STRONG! Its never ran this good.....so order of business 1)smoke my buddy's v6 ls 2)go to the track and see what kind of numbers I pull 3) try to take this big ass smile off my face and a possible 4) get new rear tires, my tires are good, but the car FRIES them now.....so they don't stand a chance!!!

I've seen it three or four times recently

The person always says "they replaced that line" and that damned line caused the problem.

Richie, Richie, Richie? What did I tell you 2 weeks ago at Fudds? I said I knew in my heart it was fuel related. Told ya'!! Glad its back so it doesn't have to be partedout! LMAO! Were going up tonight and might be bringing the SuperMark. the AC took a $hit so me and Walt are starting early on it to see whats wrong.

nice...yea you did say fuel, and actually back when i first had the prob you even said it could be that hose anyways I'm stoked that its running again...and yes I'll be at fudds for a little, but with the mark tonight...I'll leave my baby (the grand prix) home tonight

not faulty, just "not up to the task at hand"....

Unity had the same thing happen to him, he was very reluctant to "go back in the tank"..
hindsight, I'm sure he's glad he did.

haha yea, If i get an extra hour i'll come up...lol just make sure the car doesn't have a full tank of gas like mine did last time...haha
