SO I am parting out my last mark8. I bought a pontiac bonneville gxp with 26k miles on it. i've only had it less than a week but so far I like it alot better than the mark. with all my mods I had on my mark, the gxp is not faster, but its just alot tighter. The handing is like night and day and I like the styling alot better. I picke dit up for 18 grand.

uhhhhhhhhhh, 4 doors, front wheel drive, and those red gauges, sorry man as long as you like it thats all that matters

They're not bad cars. I personally dislike the layout of the interior (had one as a rental a little while back.) That, and the styling, are completely subjective, so if you like it that's cool. The Northstar is a great motor (even if Pontiacs don't get the L37 version,) and that new of an example will have had the problems ironed out by now.

The gto is way overpriced, for a car with just the basics. Hell the gto doesn't have any comfort features, its just power, and plus if I'm gonna get a gto, I want something thats reminds me a little less of imports. Don't get me wrong the gto is sweet, but its just not my 1st choice.
The red gauges look awsome, it looks alot nicer than the plain mark interoir, I've had a mark for about 5 years now and if theres 1 thing I hated it was the plain gauges.

I know alot of people talk crap about fwd, well I actually like it alot better so far but time will tell. I mean I can turn a corner and step on the gas doing like 40-50 and I don't fishtail and the car stays in the lane. The handling of this car as I said is so much better than the mark ever was.

It does have the 4.6 northstar engine in it rated at 275hp.

Have to agree with the chicken man... RWD... and 4 Doors what do you need the other doors for?

Just me and the wife now... If you want to ride along get use to it... there's plenty of room in the back. Bend over and slide in...:p

I do like the lines of Pontiac.. but it stops there. Wish the GTO would look a lot different other than a clone of all the other Pontiacs... GTO should have more style.

The 6.0 doesn't remind me of a honda.
