Did you send it through Paypal? Or did you just send a money order? :(
 
he may have went away or something happened. He's been trying to buy my headers for weeks now and I finally have them and he said he'll send the $ shortly and I havn;'t heard from him. so idk

I used PayPal, but that doesn't get your money back if he transferred it to his bank account. So I will just have to hope that there is something I don't know and he has had a problem. Not many choices
 
Paypal should be able to get you your money back. Thats the point of paypal its supposed to be safe and secure.

Yea, I read it thank you. I've been there before and I'm telling you that I didn't get my money back. They said because it was a fraudulent account. So, I'm just telling what I have experienced before.
 
PayPal is such a rip-off. I can't believe people still use PayPal... one born every minute, I guess.

Next time? Send a damned USPS money order. If the seller don't send you the crap, he just commited Postal fraud. The under appreciated, and little known Postal Police is really good about going after such sellers.

Before you send your money off, make sure you get in writing the absolute latest date the item will be shipped, or how many days after cashing the money order they will ship the item. This way the seller can't say "well, I just didn't get around to it", "I forgot", etc.

personally i never had any problem getting money back from paypal,i actually got money back from a person who sold a ton on ebay and then" supposedly" died,that was the rumor,not sure if he did,but they reimbursed me over $200 because the seller never replied back,
 
Paypal is only good for buyer protection if you are buying something via an Ebay transaction. It dosen't help if you are just sending money. I't's just a shame that some are destroying the trust that we've built up among each other here. It's only fair and decent to stay in constant communication when we're doing transactions.
 
i have used paypal for transactions on and off ebay, and with the few minor problems it takes an act of congress to get them to back up their policies-they are hard to communicate with, and act like it is their money. You have to be persistant to get them to cough it up, they will eventually. Hope it works out for you, I can relate.

Paypalwarning is not a phishing site, it's a site were you learn about paypal's evil deeds and ways. Here, I've attached a screensot.

I'm thinking AOL's getting some cash from Paypal in order to call that a phishing site. And what the hell are you still doing using AOHell??????????? :p
