do we use the same brake pads as thunderbirds?

According to the Rock Auto site:
Ford Taurus (2001 - 2005)
Ford Taurus Se (2006 - 2007)
Ford Taurus Sel (2006 - 2007)
Ford Taurus Sho (1995 - 1999)
Ford Thunderbird Lx 1997
Lincoln Continental (1995 - 2002)
Lincoln Continental Anniversary 1996
Lincoln Continental Spinmaker Edition 1996
Lincoln Mark Viii (1993 - 1997)
Lincoln Mark Viii Lsc (1995 - 1997)
Mercury Cougar Xr-7 1997
Mercury Sable (2001 - 2005)

No, we have 16 rotors and the birds have 15 inch. They have different calipers, so therefore different pads. If the bird was a sport edition then the pads would be the same.

I tried, I just copied and pasted it from the Rock Auto site. I had forgotten about that, sorry. I went through the same thing when I was looking for pads for mine (Porterfield R4S.)

I have now switched over to a Cobra setup that uses different pads/calipers/rotors (I went with the Porterfields on these too,) and have basically brand new pads and rotors sitting in my garage. It was hard pulling new stuff off, but as much as I liked the R4S pads on the stock brake setup, having them on the Cobra equipment is even better! :D
