directional mirror....all digits lit up?!?!?

so im driving and i look up at my mirror, and all the digits that can possibly light up, are on...like its reading 100 with all the other lights around it lit up, instead of saying the direction, what the hell is going on here? so i hold it in...then it takes me to number 1...and i can go up to like 16, so i let it sit, and it goes back to everything being lit up

anyone had this? anyone know how to fix it?

u need to reset it, look in the manual. 1-16 are zones, you need to pick the right zone you live in

did you just install something in your car or near it with a magnet in it?

The sensor for the compass is under the roof, near the front, right before the moon roof. If anything magnetic has been placed on top of your LS in that area, that caused your problem. This is one of the reasons why you don't want to put those magnetic number signs on top of your car. Or anything else magnetic for that matter.

hmmm, well...heres what happend next...

a "c" appeared on it and stayed on for about 45 mins, i came home, turned the car on and off a few times..then it gave me a direction...guess it may be in the wrong zone though since i scanned through the numbers?

and no, im not delivering any damn pizza, but i sure would like to eat one.
