Difference in Gaskets?

I couldnt find a definite anwser so ill just ask here. Whats the difference between these two gaskets? I know the price and company but anything else?

Cant answer your question but which ever you go with dont buy from there, can be had cheaper else where. I went with the felpro kit and had no issues (at least until I wrecked my car)

I can find it cheaper i just used those as links. but heres another link i dont know if it makes sense to you guys or not. I just dont want to have to do this again in a year or two.

i used felpro.
and, it worked. no oil leaks that i know of.

In general, VR is marginally better than FP. I don't know if this is true for the LS in particular.

I cant speak for the VCG as surprisingly I have yet to do them, but as far as rockauto goes, it worked well for me when I ordered coils. The package came when they said it would, no issues with missing items or wrong items. However I can not speak on their return policy as I have never had to use it

rockauto is fine, if you search online there's a 5% discount that you can apply to your purchase, save you some on shipping. I've bought most of my replacement parts from rockauto with quick shipping. The only issue I have is the returning of items, they will allow you but you have to return the product and they will send the replacement. That means up to 2 weeks downtime on the vehicle you are working on. You could also check advanceautoparts.com online, the online coupon makes the price close to rockauto as well as Amazon.

They are like any other business in this, they aren't going to send you merchandise without paying for it and hope you send back the problem parts. If you want them to send out the correct parts when a problem crops up, you just buy the parts on the spot. When they get the wrong products back, they credit your account back. I've found them to be pretty reliable about crediting back returned parts, which is one of the reasons I continue to use them as my first stop for online parts.

Thanks for the help! Went ahead and bought the VCG with the 5% coupon. 42 bucks isn't bad at all. And Coils aren't bad on the site either. Might go ahead and get a couple.
