Did 1994 Eldo ETC's come with Fog lights?

I have a 1994 ETC Eldo without fog lights. I thought all ETC came with fog lights. Any ideas on this year?

Are you sure its a true ETC?I have seen Eldos with the Touring Coupe emblem on the trunk but have no foglights or center wood consol.

Then again yours could have been replaced at one point.
