Do Ls's have them? How do you tell if a car is equiped with them?

I'm not what you would call a smart man. But in my car the rear view is the one in the car. The side mirrors say heated, and the back window has lines in it.

Yes you're right. I meant to say side view mirrors (which actually face/view rearward).
On mine they are and the driver side also auto dims, it sucks the passenger side doesn't, the glare can be bad sometimes.

Think Ford cheaped out and didn't put the harnesses for this if the car was not optioned with it? I really want the inside rearview mirror to auto dim but wouldn't mind getting heated and dimming external ones too.

I purchased an auto dim rearview mirror off ebay. I have it in place, but haven't gotten around to hooking it up to the power for the sunroof.

They are standard on all models.
