Danny believe me its a mess when you got to figure out what is what when you are'nt the one that took it apart!!! I wish I had a "bolt diagram" lmao! But I can handle it. And appreciate the comments fellas! This one is gonna be around for a while, probably forever because I am going to go all out on this car. But with 2 young children and in the construction business it is going to be slowly but surely. I love pulling up next to a Honda or some :q:q:q:qty rice machine and kicking in the passing gear on their asses. They usually have no clue. Another thing is this town is infested with Mustangs and I love to tear them up too!!!

Well heck I got the engine in today!!! LMAO Was'nt planning on it but it's in. Things went pretty quick for me today. So quick I did'nt even have my camera! lol I can't work on it again until the weekend but I will put up some pics tomorrow. It's not too bad doing it myself like I thought it was going to be! Just hot as hell!!!

I am trying to put my engine back together since I have it in the car. I have to get the top of it put back together and do not have all of the intake manifold bolts! I need to figure out where I can get a kit for all of the original equiment bolts that go to a gen 2. Does anyone have an idea? Plus, I have another idea since I have a pan full of bolts that came off of two Mark Viii engines, does anyone have a list of bolts that go in the intake? I don't want to "just put some that fit" in the intake and have a catastrophe down the road! I know I have the right bolts but I also have a million others. I would like to have new ones but I am also in a hurry to get it put together and do not really want to wait on some new ones! What do you guys think? What would be the best route in either getting new ones or figuring out which ones are the right ones from a pile of bolts? Let me know!! Thanks in advance!!!

My brother has a '98 I may just look at his and match them up with what I have! Would I be able to do that just bye looking at them!

I got the intake and IMRC's all bolted on and wiring harness about 90% hooked up! Does anyone have any pics of the atlernator or throttle body bolts? I can not figure out which ones they are out of this big pile of bolts that I have! That is what I have to put on tomorrow than I have to do a little bit of work like brakes and some front end work and finish putting my rear end back together than I should be rolling!!! will get some pics up tomorrow with the motor in it!

I'll stick a pic of an Alt bolt up here for ya when I get to the shop

Well I have'nt posted anything on here in a good while so I figured I should go ahead and post something. I always forget to take my camera with me when I go to work on my car. That sucks I know! I get pissed everytime I get there and remember that I did'nt bring it! Well anyways I am almost finished with getting the car running! Once I get it on the road I will be doing alot more stuff to it as well! But for now I am kind of trying to figure out the wiring for the harness. I am trying to figure out where the extra little flat wire goes that comes off of the hot side on the battery cable! There is one that comes off of the ground side too but I know that has to be grounded to the block. If anyone knows what I am talking about and knows where it goes could you please let me know! That is about all I can't figure out right now and tomorrow when I go an finish the other work that needs to be done than that should be all I have left to do. Oh yeah and the plug that goes to the caliper? I think it might be the wheel speed sensor? Where do I plug the other end into? That is all I can think of now! Anyone that knows what I am talking about and can help would be greatly appreciated as so many of you already are that have helped me out with info. Thanks, Daniel

High Flo Cats

I am going to be buying some magnaflows tomorrow from a guy on here. But I really need a pair of high flow cats for my exhaust system since the factory cats on my car are hollowed out. If anyone knows where I could get some for cheap than let me know. I am kind of getting low on cash since I am buying another Mark 8 this week coming up, so I need some cheap ones. If anyone has any they want to get rid of also let me know. Thanks,
Daniel

Well I did'nt get the Magnaflows because he has not gotten back to me about paying him through paypal as a payment instead of a gift! But oh well I can't take any chances loosing money!

Here are some pics that I took tonight while I was doing some work on the car!

I started to put my bellhousing nuts back on but I could'nt turn the crank with all of the bellhousing bolts in. Something is binding it up some how. I know I got the t/c all the way in. Well when I take all of the bellhousing bolts out the tranny moved away fromt he block about one quarter to one half of an inch! If I put the bolts in and tighten them down it has no problem mating to the block. Anyone have any ideas? Is it suppose to have a little gap between the block and bellhousing? Or Is it suppose to meet the block freely and easily? Any info would be helpful!! Here is some pics of the tranny and block w/o the bellhousing bolts in!!! The the last two pics are from the top where the cowl usually is!
