Custom Subs Boxes...

So I Been Wanting to get a custom box for my subs, since the ones i have take all the room (Not in a clean Way) I seen some around, but i dont know If i should, if you guys have a custom box in your LS post some pics, so i can see the variation.

Dammm Dat LookS Extra Clean!!!!! What size is your sub?

That's a 12" Alpine sub with a kicker grill, a 4-channel (75w rms) for the 6.5" in the doors, and a 2-channel v12sub amp (300w rms) to the sub.

What you dont see is the 1farad cap behind the sub wall and the alpine W200 in the dash.

I am very happy with my system.

i dont want to hook my sub up to the factory head unit when im replacing it soon anyways.... i want a custom box made after seeing the badass ones on here. ill post my progress. (one step at a time).. props to solace, n8bachelor and don.

What Bothers Me Is dat i Have Hella ROom In between da back seat and da Box, My stupid Amp from da speakers doesnt let the box go any further dats y its so in front! i tried to take da amp out, but i just cant! and wen i go to a stereo shop they wanna charge me like 100 for removing it! so dats y i just want to get a custom box, but i wanna know around how much you guys paid so i wont get hustle!

you can remove the amp rack yourself. it's not difficult at all. it does give you more space. here's a pik of mine, w/out the amp rack

I wouldn't hook it up to the factory radio....you will very disappointed at the sound that comes out of your system. I bought two memphis 15" dvc subs and had it hooked up off the factory radio and it sounded like two 10's not two 15's. Then I got my pioneer indash and was beating down the block. Now I have one of the new memphis modular 15" dvc sub in a custom box that my roommates dad built. It beats harder than most people around here with any two 12's and still has enough trunk space for you to take your car on vacation and put all the luggage in the trunk. I will get pics soon and let me know if you want the layout to that box, it is a rather simple box to build and looks custom.
