My cruise quit working after 3 or 4 months of buttons changing functions but my horn works and i have no air bag lite. All posts i have found on clock spring has always had horn not working or air bag lite on or both. Could this still be a clock spring when everything else is working? Cant find a fuse for cruise control. Has anyone else had just there cruise quit because of clock spring?
Thanks Rambro

There are several posts where the clockspring was at fault, but only one of the steering wheel functions were affected. The clockspring has several circuits in it. It is very possible for only one circuit to fail (given enough time, the other may go too).

All the cruse control buttons are on one circuit. All that said, also note that you could have some other problem.
If the on switch fails, your cruise control won't work.
If the brake light switch fails, your cruise control won't work.
If the brake hydraulic pressure switch fails, your cruise won't work.
If you have a gen I, then your cruise control servo or module could fail.
You could have a wiring problem.

Still, it's probably your clockspring.

Thanks Joegr. Thats what i was thinking to. I just was not sure when every thing else worked ok. I will be getting one ordered soon. Thanks again
