there are a lot of threads that discuss this problem. i stated a new thread because i wanted ppl to know what the solution is.
a creaking noise, when braking and accelerating. worse when it's hot.
took it to lincoln dealer. spend overnight, it's a strut mount. tourqued it, no replacement suggested.
the noise is gone now.
