Crazy electrical problem

So my interior lights are stuck on while driving, they only come on when Im stopped and I use any accessory such as rear defroster, heated seats, radio. Anything on the panel. Even when key out and armed they are stuck on now draining my battery away. This isnt even related to a door switch..

Any ideas? No clue where to start with this..

Do you have the dimmer wheel turned to the manual on setting?
