Couple Problems. Blown fuse?

My aftermarket amplifier came lose and tugged the power and ground wires out, so I popped the trunk to put them back in, but stupidly forgot to turn the stereo headunit off. There was a small spark, then the amplifier wouldnt turn on again, and the stereo and dash computer (fuel econ readout, compass etc) now wont turn on either.

Plus my fuel guage dial now reads way above the Full mark, pointing straight up.
Is this all just a blown fuse, or what else do I need to fix?

Do you have a fuse for the power wire?

Pull the head unit out, and check the fuse in the back (if running an aftermarket head unit)

Yeah it was just a fuse, no. 17. It was 4am last night when I got back so I didnt feel like fooling with it then.
