Hey guys ive been lurking this forum for the last month and a half, and you guys have pretty much convinced me to buy an ls (unknowingly).. the search isnt working for me and ive even tried the site:lincolnvscadillac.com method to no avail... sorry to ask about v2s.. i got my Orion v2s today and they came with for instructions for bmw.. no big deal cause i was going to use the lskoncepts guide... anyways the bmw instructions said i needed a harness..
1. i dont need this harness do i?
2. the lskoncepts how to says if the wires colors werent red and black to check the box for what colors for were what..
3. unfortunatly the box is blank cardboard... (from lightwurks ebay)
my kit looks like this: 4 rings with the red and black wires going to 2 small white boxes... and 1 brown and white set of wires coming from each white box.. if i dont need the harness how do i know if black=brown white=red etc.. ??
if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated, i can provide pics if needed i already have clearcorners ready to go and wanna finish these.. thanks!
Update: got bored so I went outside and hooked up white (male connector) as positive and brown as negative .. they lit up just fine with my battery.. safe to assume that white=red and brown =black??
