Corroded Sockets

Every now and then I'll get a lamp out message and I realized one of my tail light sockets and my fog light connectors seem to be a little corroded/rusted. Is there something I can put on them besides some dielectric grease to get rid of this? Or will that usually do the trick. No leak on my tail light.

Use something like this to actually clean the contacts.

After that, use some dielectric grease to protect them from corroding again later.
