Hey gang... it's been a while since I've been on here... Car's been pretty good to me with 120k on the clock.

Discovered my AC doesn't work anymore. Didn't think too much of it, figured some probably leaked out over time. Well after sending two bottles of 134a into it I found the problem. The high pressure line on the passenger side frame rail has a hole in it. It's the one that has the line sitting in that little crease on the frame rail with the heat tape stuff around it. Has anyone had to replace this aluminum line yet, and if so, how much of a PITA is it?

I'm starting to show other signs of wear, as I've replaced just about every suspension component in the car sans driver rear side. Now the rear is making noise.

I'm debating if it isn't time to retire her.

As always, thanks for the help!

ive had this problem ..got it changed at the dealer and it cost me $1500 because the front side of that line joins under the car and you cant get the 2 lines apart

Which hose is it you need in this pic???? Let me know and Ill price it for you.

I got the hose, from a bone yard, $10... it's the 19835A part... the trick is gonna be getting that SOB out and back in without pulling the motor... Suggestions? Let a garage do it?

LOL - must be the message board jinx. Tried my A/C on Monday after the picnic and it wasn't working.

$345 to fix at the dealership (had it there on Tuesday getting a few finishing touches).

I passed on fixing it....lucky me after I changed all of the relays it was blowing cold air today. I also need a part b/c they said it was leaking off.
