Plugs are easy to remove on the LS. Those are from a Ford truck engine. The design is bad and causes them to get welded in.

those appear to be fords (5.4 IIRC)3 piece plug notorious for breaking the the head... they came out with a special tool just to remove....Dealers charge $450 to do plugs last i heard

And ive been considering getting an expedition as a daily driver.

Expedition and daily driver???? LOL. I got a 03 Navigator with the 5.4 for mainly family trips. No troubles with it at 129k. I already changed the plugs and coils. Go ahead and get it.
