I know it's been posted dozens of times but I'm wondering which part if not both of the clock spring breaks when the horn, steering wheel buttons stops working and you get that annoying 5 beeps 5 times... Is it the round piece inside the steering wheel or the rectangle box under the panels under the steering wheel.
