Should be no problem, but I am pretty sure you will loose the programs. Someone would need a chip burner to re-flash this for your car. I also bet there are a few programs out there you could have to get you started though and fill up some program slots.
Tommy has been helping me big time. He may have a base program for you that he may be willing to give. But thats up to him. I also think he has a chip burner and could set this up for you for a nominal fee. Would need discussion, but if so I could sent this to him and he could set it up for you.

i have a lms for a 95 if anyone is looking... its an excellent chip for the money.

I have the same chip as unity and really like it.. I'm sure you can get it tuned to match your car.
