Never had any issues with the LS, but my guess would be some sort of sensor going bad.

Maybe an issue with the TC clutch no disengaging like it should? If your getting a light run the codes

thank you for the input, i just finished driving and it revs high when shifting from second to third gear, no e or check transmission light today. going to the dealer tomorrow, but they're always trying to :q:q:q:q customers .

Almost definitely not good for it to drive around like that. Take it to anyone with a good code reader. You don't have to go to the dealer. If you don't have anyone else around have them give you the codes so you verify what the problem is.

ok, how much do the solenoid usually cost to be replaced???

My message center gives me this message from time to time when running but it lasts about 2 minutes then go away for some 4 days or so
