Hey guys Im looking into getting me some new wheels for my ride. When I bought it last month it came with some chrome 18" six spoke wheels. They are ok for now I'm not sure what brand they are but I can tell they are the cheap ones. My problem is that ive been looking at wheels everywhere locally and online and i just can't seem to find some that im satisfied with. I pretty much figured I better have atleast 2k put aside for a good set of wheels and tires. I ran into this site, im not sure if any of you guys have seen this site. So far this place has had the biggest selection of wheels to look at for the LS. Well I was just wanting if you have some extra time look through this site and could you tell me in your oppinion what looks good on the LS. Or what you have, or personally would consider putting on your ride. I appreciate everyone's two cents, thanx...

d.i.p. makes some nice looking rims that fit. i have the d.i.p. 20" d65 ninja-black sittin on kuhmo 245s, on my navy blue 00lsv8 and i think they look great...

Im trying to decide how some black wheels would look on my ride. I have a pearl white LS and i haven't seen too many white cars with black wheels. Is there any one on this forum that has that set up. Im just curious in how it would look, I was goin to get some 18's but i figured i allready have a pair so i might as well go big and get some 20's put on it. I do like the look of the 20's and from what i read here if i get some 245/40 size tire i will not have any issue's with it rubbing at all. Thanks for everyone's imput i appreciate that hopefully I'll have some new shoes for my ride by the end of the summer.

i always liked those wheels that came on the old 7 series models. idk if they fit and ls or not. change the center cap of course

20's will rub on some bumps just so you know. but i drive kinda fast. heres what some black w/ polished lip rims look on my navy blue ls8. photoshop them onto your car to get an idea. i personally wish my car was white and id still throw the black/pol.lip on it....

Yea, those are real nice wheels, my friend has em in chrome on his white 01 740il sport. BMW's bolt pattern is 5x120 where the LS has 5x108 so they are not gonna fit.

20's wont rub over bumps if you get the right tire "unless" you need new shocks/struts and have tons of weight. I just put 4 heavy ass chrome 17's IN my car, 2 in the trunk and 2 in the rear seats. I went and got air in ALL 4 and I went over some pretty bad bumps and I still didn't rub anything.

If you are concerned with that size try one just smaller like 35's.

i only rub when im going a little too fast over bumps*. if i go slow ill never rub just some extra fyi. i dont go slow...
