check engine light on

I was headed to fill up the ls and in about a mile the light came on
When I hot home I hooked up my scan tool and pulled 2 codes
P1152
P1132
I'm thinking its vacuum leak

Can I get these hoses at a local auto part store

Yes, it could be.
You can't get those hoses at the local auto store. (You may be able to get some stuff to rig up replacements.)
Look them up on Ford Part Giant to see what your dealer will likely charge, or order them at the discounted price there (or at Tasca).

The clips had come off from the hoses so i
Just fixed them using some rtv high heat gasket maker

If it was a vacuum leak how long till the check engine light goes off Or should I just clear it with my scan tool

If your scan tool does live sensor reading, you should be able to quickly tell if this fixed it.

The light went off already
I started the car without The Maf and the sensor next to it unplugged
Then plugged them back in and the light went away
