every now and then I'll hit a bump or dip, nothing major or jarring, but it sets off the 'check air ride' message

I'm guessing that maybe there is some sort of height sensor problem? I can't figure out how to remove them from the wiring harness to swap then out, there doesnt seem to be a plug

The first time it ever happened was probably two years ago, I was driving around pretty low and came upon unexpected cattle guard :( that one was pretty jarring.

I was browsing some ebay listings to see how they look disconnected, is there anyway to remove them without taking off the wheel well cover?

wtf........ im confused they are right there, i think your thinking about something else. the height sensor connects to the upper control arm and to a bracket, right out in the open
