I own a 2003 LS V8 with about 68,000 miles.
Here is my concern. About two weeks ago I wound up having the valve cover gasket on the passenger side failing and knocking out two of the coils. I got that fixed by the Lincoln dealership. Drove the cars for about a week, when it stopped accelerating as well as it should, which got worse over a 4 day period that I had to take it back to the dealership. It wound up being that the Catalytic converter got clogged up and had to be replaced. Has anyone else on here had the same problem? Is it pretty safe to assume that the first problem caused the 2nd?
