Those warranties are a bunch of bullsh!t.
There isn't one of those companies that warrant the things that wear out regularily, like brake pads, rotors, exhaust, bearings, belts, hoses, electronic parts, sensors, etc...
They warrant the things that usually last forever.
When was the last time you had a vehicle where the camshaft or crankshaft gave out?
How often have you had to replace a connecting rod or piston?
Most people don't keep a vehicle long enought to have to make repairs on these type of things.
Spending money for an extended warranty is really stupid, unless you are keeping your vehicle for years and years.
The same holds true for ANY extended warranty on just about anything.
Why would you buy an extended warranty on a computer?
Many stupid people get talked into it when they purchase a new one.
Computers are not something one keeps for a lifetime.
Usually one upgrades too a newer version every three years or so, so why would one waste money on an extended warranty?
Extended warranties are nothing more than a money grab for the companies offering them.
