Car dies whenever I make a full turn

If im backing out of a driveway or pulling into a tight spot and it requires for me to make a full turn, the car will die on me. Its obviously somthing with the power steering pump, but what?

Had the same thing on my Mark VII have her a good tune up and it went away

Could be the pump binding on the belt or if could be the IAC. At slow speeds the IAC is active. What happens to the idle when MAC AC is on? Does it drop and stumble then come back up? Or is it a quick almost unnoticeable jump in RPM when the load hits it?

Cleaning doesn't work long term! I did that and eventually ordered a new IAC from Max, well worth it.

Cleaning an IAC is like wiping your ass with a pine-cone. You may think it will work but it still leaves a mess behind.
