Can a tune & code P0108 have anything to do with each other?

My engine light came on & it pulled code P0108 so I did a search & found out what it was. I returned my car to stock & drove the car around the block twice & got on it & no engine light. When doing the search I read how when people cleared the code the light would come back on & throw the code. My engine light didn't come back on so could it have something to do with the tune?

Just a quick search online on what the code was for and it looks like it could be vacuum related. Did you check the vacuum lines? I've had mine pop off once without me knowing and didn't throw a code. Perhaps with the tune it was able to pick it up and light up your cluster.

It's unlikely to be related to any PCM tune.
It tends to be a physical fault with the MAF, EGR assembly, or wiring. A vacuum plumbing issue is also possible.
