Cam phazers leaking

What's the deal with this? How urgent should it be on my list of things that need my attention to fix?should this be, towards the top?

Sorry, those aren't the "cam phazers." Your cam phasers are a little bit deeper in. What you are showing are the VCT solenoid connectors. (Note that these do work hand-n-hand with the phasers.) Anyway, it's not critical, but it's also very easy to fix. You only need to replace the seal, 2W9Z-6A545-AA. Just disconnect the electrical connection, pry the old seal out, push the new seal in, and reconnect.
