I'm in the process of hub swapping and upgrading the brakes on my 98 LSC. I've collected everything I need to swap on some GT500 Brembo's w/the 14" rotors in the front, while running the 99 cobra rotors in the back with the caliper relocation brackets. My question is, moving to the four piston calipers with stock master cylinder, I've heard that the pedal travel increases quite a bit, are others that made the swap to Brembo calipers running a different Master Cylinder? If so what are you running? Thanks for any help with this!

Here are a couple pictures of the car after my 2,200 mile journey home from buying it.

sounds incorrect.
the mark viii front calipers displace lots of volume.
the gt550 calipers piston area looks to be 4.3, while the mark viii piston area is 5.3.

smaller piston area will result in less fluid movement, and less pedal travel.

The GT500 calipers have a piston area of 4.3in^2 per side(2 Pistons/Side 4 Pistons Total), so 8.6in^2 total area per caliper.
